All rates are quoted in Canadian funds per room (single/double), per night. No charge for children under 18 sharing the room with an adult, $10.00 for each extra adult. These rates are subject to applicable taxes including (subject to change). The rates are 10% commissionable.
CHECK IN: 3:00pm. All guest need a valid credit card to check in, they can pay cash at check out. Requests for Early Check In are to be made in advance, are subject to availability.
CHECK OUT: 11:00 am. Requests for Late Check Out are to be made in advance and are subject to availability. An additional Day Rate charge may apply to Late Check Out between 2:00pm-4:00pm. After 4:00pm the full rate is applied.
RESERVATION METHOD: Rooming List Only. Guests can call the hotel direct at 905-697-8089 or mention that they are with the Dixie Ford group. Guests can also register online at www.hiexpress.com/bowmanvilleon using the group code DXF.
- All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card or master billing account.
- Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. The negotiated rate will be applied for each cancelled reservation.
- Each guest who books a room is responsible for their own charges should they “No Show” they will be billed for one night’s accommodation.
PAYMENT METHOD: Guests are responsible for all charges.
LIABILITY/SECURITY
The hotel cannot be responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, displays, supplies, written materials or other valuable item, or items, left in guest rooms, meeting rooms, conference areas, or public spaces. Accordingly, the Client will be responsible to provide security for such materials and, hereby assume responsibility for any loss or damage. For your convenience, Safety Deposit Boxes are available at the Front Desk.
